K G N Engineering Works & Fabricatrors

K G N Engineering Works & Fabricatrors is based in Peenya, over by Royal Park. We are quite close to the Shushrithi Co-Operative Bank, which is where we usually tell people to look if they are trying to find us. Peenya is a heavy place, lots of metal and machines everywhere you look. Our workshop is full of tools, welding machines, and pieces of iron waiting to be cut. It’s loud and dusty most of the time. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with grease on our hands and wearing our work clothes. We do a lot of fabrication work, mostly just whatever people bring in for us to fix or make. Sometimes it is gates, sometimes it is frames for machines. There is always a pile of scrap in the corner that we need to clear out but never do. We’ve been doing this for years, so we know how to handle the equipment without thinking too much about it. The floor is concrete and has some cracks, but it holds up. We usually have the radio playing in the background but you can’t hear it over the grinders. It’s a tough job but it’s honest work. We stay busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes the tea man comes by and that is our only break.
