Just Parathas

We are located on Chincholi Bunder Road in Jayanagar. If you know where Prawn Crunch Restaurant is, we are just near there. It is a busy little corner of the world. Just Parathas is pretty much what the name says. We spend a lot of our morning kneading dough and getting all the various fillings ready for the day. It is basic work, but it keeps us busy and we like the rhythm of it. The area around here has changed quite a bit over the years, but we are still here doing the same thing. It is not a very big space, so it can get a little cramped when the lunch rush starts and people are waiting. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. It is just a few of us in the back cooking and one person at the front handling the orders. The flour gets everywhere, on our clothes and the floor, but that is just part of making parathas. We get a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who just stop by for a quick bite. It is nice to see the same faces every day. We are not trying to be the most famous place in town, we just want to make sure the food is hot and ready when you want it. Jayanagar is a nice place to be, even with all the noise on the road outside. If you are walking past, you will probably see us.
