Junior Engg.

Our place is located in R.C. Nager, Stage-Ii, specifically at numbers 647 and 648. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road in Belgaum, but it’s a good area to work in. Junior Engg. runs out of here, and R. Gnana Prakasam is usually around managing the daily tasks. We share the space or work closely with Subender. The building isn't brand new, and you can tell by the floors and the marks on the walls, but it serves its purpose just fine for what we do. Most mornings start with the sound of the shutters going up and a quick sweep of the front step. Karnataka weather is usually decent, but it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up around the stage-II development area. We have a lot of tools scattered about on the workbenches because we are always in the middle of some project or another. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see fancy suits or formal meetings. Usually, it’s just us in our work clothes, figuring out how to fix a part or finishing a drawing on the table. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s already dark outside and we missed the last good light. There is a small canteen nearby that we go to for lunch almost every single day. It’s a simple life here in Belgaum. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. The focus is usually on the physical work right in front of us.
