Jet Set Restaurant

Jet Set Restaurant is tucked away in the Infantry Hotel on Infantry Road. Bangalore is always moving fast, and this area near Safina Plaza is no exception. We are at number 66, and it’s a spot that has seen plenty of people come and go. The hotel itself is an old landmark, so being inside it means we get a mix of travelers and locals. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just run the kitchen and keep the tables ready. Sometimes the street outside gets backed up with cars, especially during the lunch hour. You can hear the horns from the main road if the windows are open. We have a few staff members who have been here since the start. They know how the regulars like things. The chairs are comfortable enough, and the lighting is just what you’d expect for a place on Infantry Road. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us making sure the plates are clean and the food goes out. People find us when they are shopping nearby or staying at the hotel for work. It’s a straightforward place to sit down for a bit. We keep things tidy and just go about our business day after day without making a big fuss about it. Parking can be a bit of a pain around Safina Plaza, but people usually find a way to get here without too much trouble.
