Jam Drum School

Jam Drum School is located at number 82 in Joshi Nagar, Taverekere. It’s a place where there is always some kind of rhythm going on. We have a few rooms set up with different drum kits. It gets pretty loud in here so we’ve put some foam on the walls to help with the sound, though it’s not perfect. You can usually hear us from down the street when the windows are open. We aren't a big fancy academy or anything. It’s just a spot for people who want to hit the drums and learn a few beats. The floor is a bit worn out from all the foot pedals and moving equipment around. We have sticks and practice pads lying all over the place. Sometimes it's a bit of a mess but we know where everything is. People of all ages come by, from little kids to older folks who just want a hobby. We don't have a receptionist, so if we're in the middle of a lesson you might have to wait a bit until someone can come to the door. We have some old posters of bands we like on the walls and some mismatched chairs in the waiting area. It’s a casual vibe and we don't worry too much about the small stuff. The lighting isn't the best in the back room but it doesn't really matter when you're just focused on the music.
