Jai Pharma Limited

Jai Pharma Limited is spread across several floors at the Prestige Tech Park in Kadubesanahalli, specifically from the 7th up to the 12th floor of the Parkplatina-3 building. It sounds like a lot of space, and honestly, some days it feels like we’re doing a lot of walking back and forth between the elevators. Being in a big tech park means there are always people moving around and the cafeterias are always packed. We’ve got different departments on different levels, so the sales team might be on one floor while the logistics people are a few floors up. It can get a bit confusing for new hires, but we all eventually figure out where everyone sits. The views from the 12th floor are actually quite nice, though most of us are too busy looking at spreadsheets to notice the skyline. We handle a lot of the bulk pharmaceutical work here, dealing with distributors and making sure the supply chain doesn't break down. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. Since we are in such a large complex, we have to deal with the security gates and the badge scanners every single morning, which is a bit of a chore. But once you’re at your desk with a coffee, it’s just another day at the office. We aren't trying to be anything fancy; we’re just a bunch of people working in pharma trying to stay on top of our deadlines.
