Jade Empress

Jade Empress is situated at 255/A in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, along the Pune-Nagar Road. We are near Narayan Hospital, so we get a lot of different people coming through. Some work in the factories nearby and others are visiting the hospital. The name sounds a bit fancy, but the place is actually very grounded and simple. It’s an industrial area, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. We have a decent amount of space for people to sit down and take a break from their work day. The Pune-Nagar Road is always busy with traffic, so it can be a bit loud outside. We don't have a big team of managers or anything. It is just us running the floor and the kitchen. We focus on the daily tasks like getting the supplies in and making sure the tables are ready for the lunch crowd. We don't have any promotional flyers or big posters. We just rely on the people who work in Bommasandra to stop by when they are hungry. The building is a standard one for this area, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We’ve been here for a while and we know how the day flows in this part of town. It’s just a regular business doing what it does every day for the locals and workers. We try to keep the atmosphere calm despite all the noise from the industrial plants nearby.
