J P Contact Centre

So, J P Contact Centre is located right here at 66 Jayanagar. It’s a pretty standard setup, nothing too crazy to look at from the outside. We spend a lot of our time on the phones or handling messages for different folks who need someone to pick up when they can't. It gets a bit noisy in here sometimes with everyone talking at once, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We’ve been in Jayanagar for a bit now and it’s a good area to be in. Most of the staff live nearby, so we all know the neighborhood well. It isn't some massive corporate building with thousands of people, just a local team doing the job. We have our good days and our busy days where the phones never seem to stop ringing. Sometimes the headsets get a bit uncomfortable after a long shift, but we manage. We don’t really have a big fancy lobby for guests since most of our work is done through the wires. If you happen to be walking by number 66, you might hear us working away. We just try to get through the calls and make sure people get their questions answered. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our toes. No big secrets to it, just showing up and doing the job every day. There is always someone working on something here.
