J L Service

Our office is on the second floor of a new building right opposite the road leading to Infant Jesus Church in Viveknagar. It’s a convenient spot for us to get around the city. We call ourselves J L Service, and we mostly handle various maintenance and repair jobs for folks nearby. It’s a small operation, just a few of us and our toolkits. We spend more time out at customer sites than we do sitting at our desks. The building is usually pretty quiet during the day, which is nice when we have to catch up on paperwork. We don't have any flashy advertisements on the walls, just some calendars and a whiteboard with the week’s schedule scribbled on it. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s silent, that’s just how the service business goes. We try to be honest about how long a job will take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. Our equipment is well-used and has its fair share of scratches, but it works fine. We aren't experts in everything, but we know how to fix what we say we can. Most people find us through a phone number passed along by a neighbor. We just show up, do the work, and move on to the next house. It’s a basic way to run things, but it works for us. We just keep the tools ready and wait for the next call.
