Down on Anjanapura Main Road, you'll find us at No.13 in the 1St Block of Narayana Nagar. That’s where Innomac Engineering Industries Pvt.Ltd. is based. The area is a bit of a mix of everything. We have been working out of this spot for a while. It’s a solid building, nothing too modern, but it does the job for the engineering work we handle. We have machines that take up most of the floor space. It can get pretty loud when everything is running at once. We don't really have a marketing person or someone to handle the public, we just do the work. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. Some days the road outside is completely jammed, which makes moving things a bit slow. We just take it as it comes. The team here is small and we all pitch in on different tasks. We don't follow a strict corporate manual or anything. We just know how the machines work and what needs to get out by the end of the week. There’s a lot of grease and metal around. It’s a practical environment for practical people. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when the weather is nice. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just run the shop and keep things moving. We've been here for a long time and we know our neighbors well.
