Pioneer Design And Engineering Services is on the first floor of No. 844, located at 7th Main and 2nd Cross in HAL 2nd Stage, Indira Nagar. We are a small group of people who spend our time looking at blueprints and working on design software. Indira Nagar is a very busy area, but our office stays a bit hidden away on the first floor. It is full of large rolls of paper, old coffee mugs, and various bits of equipment. We have been working from this location for quite some time. There is no fancy lobby or a receptionist to meet you. You just walk up the stairs and you will see us right there at our desks. Design work takes a lot of time and we often end up debating small details for hours. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of workers. We are just a small crew that understands how to put engineering projects together. People usually find us when they want someone to look at their plans without all the corporate talk. We don't have any lists of values on the walls or a big mission statement. We just focus on the drawings in front of us. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up and the streets outside finally go quiet. It is just a practical place to work.
