Indian Kitchen Restaurant & Bar is at No. 86, Oak Shot Place on M.G. Road in Bangalore. We are right next to the Barton Center, which is a big building everyone knows. M.G. Road is always packed with traffic and people, so it’s a lively place to be. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. We have both a restaurant side and a bar side, so people come in for different reasons. Some want a full meal, others just want a drink after finishing work nearby. The interior is a bit older, with some scratches on the wood and chairs that have seen a lot of use, but we like the character of it. It’s not one of those new, shiny places that feels cold. Our staff knows the menu inside and out, and they aren't afraid to tell you if something isn't available that day. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed, even when the street outside is a total mess of cars and honking. Bangalore has changed a lot, but we try to keep things the same as they’ve always been here. We don’t have a mission statement or any corporate goals. We just open up in the morning, prep the food, and wait for the first customers to walk in. It’s a simple life and a simple business right in the heart of the city. We hope you find us easily enough next to the Barton Center.
