Being located in the Peenya Industrial Area means our days start way before the sun is even up. We are at No.3/1 in the Sri Muneshwara Industrial Estate, and if you come by at five in the morning, you’ll hear the big stoves going. We mostly handle food for the workers and the businesses around here. It’s a lot of heavy lifting with those massive steel vessels. We don't do anything fancy with decorations or uniforms. We just focus on getting the rice and sambar ready so it can go out on time. The traffic on Tumkur Road is always a mess, so we have to plan our routes carefully or the food will sit in the van for too long. Our kitchen is busy, loud, and usually pretty hot. We’ve got a small team from the local neighborhood who’ve been with us for years. We chopped a lot of onions today, and my hands still smell like them. It’s hard work standing on your feet all day, but it’s a living. We don't have a website or anything like that, just our spot here in the estate. People usually just call us up when they have a factory event or a small gathering. We try to keep things simple and make sure there's enough food for everyone. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till night.
