In Call Center

We are over here at 158 Bommanahalli on 4th Main in Hosapalya. It’s a busy spot and we spend most of our time at In Call Center dealing with phones and people calling in all day long. The office isn't anything fancy but it gets the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once but that is just how it goes in this kind of place. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad except when the traffic on the main road gets backed up. We have been sitting at these desks for a while now just handling whatever comes through the lines. It’s hard work and your ears get tired after a few hours of wearing the headsets but we try to keep each other going with tea breaks and some jokes now and then. The building is easy to find if you know the area around Hosapalya well enough. We don't have a big sign or anything like that because we aren't really looking for people to just walk in off the street. We just focus on the tasks in front of us and making sure the calls are answered. It is a simple setup with computers and chairs and some old fans that hum in the background when it gets hot in the afternoon. We just keep at it day after day.
