Imperial Restaurant

You can find us at No 42/5 on Central Street in Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore. We are right across the road from the main bus stop. Because of the location, we are almost always busy from the moment we open the shutters in the morning. Imperial Restaurant is a place where people come when they are in a hurry. We see a lot of office workers, students, and people waiting for their bus. The kitchen is always noisy with the sound of clinking plates and the chefs shouting orders. We serve a lot of tea and quick meals throughout the day. It gets very hot inside, so we keep the ceiling fans on high speed all the time. The floors need sweeping every hour because of all the people walking in from the dusty street. We are not a place for a fancy dinner date. We have simple tables and chairs that are built to last. Our staff is very quick because they have to be. We have been in Shivaji Nagar for a long time and have seen many other shops come and go. We just focus on getting the food out fast and making sure it tastes right. It is a lot of hard work and long hours on our feet. We do not have any fancy decorations. We just keep the kitchen running and the customers fed every day.
