Ice (Vivanta By Taj Hotel)

We are located right at the lobby level of the Vivanta By Taj Hotel. The address is No.41/3, right by Trinity Circle on M G Road. If you’ve spent any time in Bangalore, you know that 560001 is basically the heart of the city. Trinity Circle is always a mess of cars and buses, but once you step inside the hotel, things quiet down a little bit. Ice is the name on the door, and we’ve been here at the lobby level for quite a while. We see a lot of people passing through—business folks, tourists, and locals who just want to get away from the M G Road traffic for an hour. Our day is mostly about getting the space ready and making sure everything is wiped down and set up. It’s not a complicated job, but it keeps us busy. The staff here are a tight group. We’ve seen the city change a lot from our spot by the circle. The metro going past, the new buildings coming up, it all happens right outside. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just open up, serve the people who come in, and close down at night. It’s just the daily routine of a place sitting on one of the busiest corners in the whole city. We just try to keep things steady and handle whatever the day throws at us.
