Ice Thunder Catering

Gandhi Bazar is one of those places in Bangalore that still feels like the old days. Ice Thunder Catering is right in the middle of it at No. 18, in the ICE Thunder Building. It’s on 3rd Cross, which stays pretty lively. If you walk down the street, you’ll see the flower sellers and the fruit stalls that this area is famous for. Our building is easy to spot once you get onto the right cross road. We spend a lot of time organizing things for various events. The back area is usually filled with crates and equipment. It’s not a quiet place because there is always something being loaded or unloaded from the vans. We don't have a big fancy office; it’s more of a practical space where we can get the job done. The staff is usually busy checking lists or cleaning up after a long day. Sometimes the smell of the market outside drifts in when the doors are open. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but the 3rd Cross still has its own rhythm. People know us by the building name mostly. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't go in for much decoration inside the office part. It’s just about having enough room to keep the catering gear ready for whenever the next call comes in. Gandhi Bazar keeps us on our toes with all the traffic and the noise.
