Ibakefoods

We are located at No-32, MS Palya, right on the Hessarghatta Main Road. If you are heading towards Vidyaranyapura Post, you will pass by our spot. At Ibakefoods, the day starts way before most people are even awake. The smell of flour and yeast is pretty much everywhere from 4 AM onwards. It is a lot of manual work, mixing dough and watching the ovens. Sometimes the kitchen gets incredibly hot, especially in the middle of summer, but the work doesn't stop. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It's more of a local setup where we try to keep things moving. The road outside is always chaotic with buses and bikes, so getting deliveries out can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We spend a lot of time cleaning up sugar and flour spills. It’s just the nature of the business. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to take professional photos of the bread. We just bake the stuff and hope people like it. When the shutters go down in the evening, we are usually exhausted. But then we do it all over again the next morning. It’s a simple routine, and it keeps us busy enough. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just a place making food.
