I Store

I Store is located at the South New Cloth Market in Jayanagar, Raipur. Our number is 641. It’s a very busy market area, so there’s always noise and people moving around. We’ve been here for a good while. The shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We sell and fix things, mostly gadgets. It’s a practical business. We don’t have any polished sales pitches. We just show you what we have and tell you the price. The market has a life of its own, and we’re just a small part of it. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are just passing through, others are regulars from the cloth shops. We keep things simple here. We don’t have fancy uniforms. Usually, it’s just one or two of us behind the counter. We’ve got a lot of stock squeezed onto the shelves. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for. We aren't a big chain store. We’re just a local shop in a busy market. We try to be helpful when we can. That’s about it. We close up when the market slows down and do it all again the next day. It's a steady rhythm. The rain sometimes leaks through the front door, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. It’s part of the charm of this old marketplace.
