I C E Event Management is located in Sterling Heights, specifically B-3-2 in Jayanagar 9th Block. Being in a building like Sterling Heights is good because it gives us a bit of a steady base. Jayanagar 9th Block is a nice area, quite settled with a lot of trees and residential spots mixed with small businesses. Our office isn't massive. It’s a comfortable enough space where we have our computers and a small corner for making coffee. We don't go for the corporate look with uniforms or anything like that. Most days we are just in our regular clothes, working through our lists. The building has its own rhythm, with people coming and going from the different units. We know the security guards and the folks who work in the other offices. It feels like a small community inside B-3-2. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we take the stairs if we're in a hurry. We don't have a lot of promotional flyers lying around. We just handle the day-to-day tasks that come with the name on our door. It’s a practical way to work. We like being in Jayanagar because it's easy to get to other parts of the city from here. It’s a solid, no-nonsense place to spend the day and get through the work we have to do.
