I & U Caterers

Neelasandra is a busy spot. We are over here at No.87, right near the Military Ground Mosque. If you know the area, you know how the first cross in Annepalya gets. It’s a lot of narrow streets and people moving around all day. We spend most of our time at I & U Caterers just dealing with the daily grind of prep work. The pots are big and the kitchen gets hot, especially when the sun is beating down on the 560047 zip code. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some days the traffic near the mosque is a bit much, but we just keep our heads down and get the cooking done. It’s not a fancy setup here. We have our regulars and the people who just happen to walk by. The smell of the spices usually fills up the street before noon. We don’t spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty on paper. Mostly, it’s about making sure the food is ready and the delivery bikes can get through the crowded lanes. You see the same faces every day, which is nice in a way. Dealing with the suppliers and the local markets takes up a good chunk of our mornings. It’s just how things go around here in this part of Bangalore. We are just a local team trying to keep the business moving forward one day at a time without too much fuss.
