Hungry Bytes 24/7 Restaurant

Our restaurant is tucked away at Number 7 on Nandaram Singh Lane. It is right near the Armstrong Road cross, which connects to the main Commercial Street area in Bangalore. If you are familiar with this part of town, you know how packed it gets with shoppers and traffic. We decided to stay open 24/7 because this area never really seems to sleep. Even late at night, there are people wandering around or coming off work. Bangalore has a way of staying busy at all hours. Being so close to Commercial Street means we see a lot of different people, from local residents to folks who have traveled from the other side of the city just to shop. The lane itself is a bit narrow, like many of the older streets in this district. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is just a straightforward place where you can get something to eat no matter what time it is on the clock. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the shortcuts and the quiet times of the day, though there aren't many quiet times. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit hectic when several groups show up at 3 in the morning, but we manage. It’s a bit of a rough-and-ready spot, but it serves the purpose for anyone who finds themselves hungry in the middle of the night in 560001.
