We work out of the Futura building on Bannerghatta Road. The address is 148/1, near the 3rd Main in Vasanth Nagar. It’s a large building and we handle a lot of the electronic data that comes through the system every day. It’s mostly about processing numbers and making sure the records are kept straight. The office has that specific feel of a place where a lot of typing and clicking happens all day long. We have shifts that cover different times because the work doesn't really stop just because the sun goes down. It’s a lot of looking at screens and checking for errors in the files we receive. We aren't much for fancy meetings; we mostly just get our assignments and go to work at our desks. The cafeteria nearby is where most of us end up during the lunch breaks to chat. It’s a busy environment but we've found our own rhythm over the years. The commute can be tough depending on where everyone lives in the city, but the building itself is easy to find once you are on the main road. We don't deal with the public directly much. Most of what we do is internal stuff that keeps the bigger wheels of the company turning. We keep the air conditioning running cold because of all the computer machines. It’s a straightforward setup for people who are good with details and don’t mind a bit of routine.
