We've been here at Ramanashree Comfort on Richmond Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot. Running Hospitality Link Pvt Ltd keeps us on our toes. Most days we are just sorting things out for folks who come through. It isn't always fancy. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and the paperwork piles up on the desk. We just try to get through the list every day. Richmond Road has changed a lot since we started. There are more cars now and getting lunch takes longer than it used to. We know the neighbors pretty well. If you walk past the building you might see us through the window or out getting tea. It’s just how we do things here. No big speeches or anything. We just handle the hospitality side of stuff and make sure the basics are covered. Some days are smoother than others. We have some old desks and the floor creaks a bit but it works for us. We've got our routine down. It’s mostly about making sure people have what they need when they are staying or visiting. We don’t really do much advertising. People usually find us because they are in the area or someone told them we are here. It's a plain office but we like it that way. We just keep busy and stay focused on the work at hand. That’s pretty much the whole story of this place.
