We are located over by St Johns Medical College. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually don’t have trouble finding us. Our setup is a bit different from the big engineering firms you see in the tech parks. We have a more hands-on approach here. The atmosphere is usually a bit quiet, except for when we are testing something or running some equipment. Being near the college means there’s always a lot of activity in the area, with students and staff moving about. We’ve been based here for a while and have a small, dedicated group of people working together. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and long meetings. We spend more time looking at drawings and working on technical problems. Sometimes we’re here late into the night trying to figure out why a part isn't fitting right or why a design isn't working the way it should. It can be frustrating, but that’s the nature of engineering. The office is a bit cluttered with papers, tools, and half-finished projects. We don't worry too much about appearances. As long as the work gets done and the measurements are right, we feel okay. It’s a practical place for people who like to build and fix things. We’ve just stayed in this spot and kept our heads down, doing our work. It is a good place to be and the community around the college is nice.
