Hdfc Bank Call Centre

Hdfc Bank Call Centre at Brigade Road. We sit here all day answering phones. It's a big room with lots of desks. Sometimes it gets really loud when everyone is talking at once. We are right in the GIDC area of Kerala. People call us for all sorts of things about their accounts. Some are happy and some are annoyed, but that is just how it goes in a call centre. We have different shifts so the place is never really empty. If you walk past Brigade Road you might see us coming out for tea or lunch. It is not a fancy place but we get the job done. Most of us have been here for a while now so we know the routine. We deal with the computers and the headsets every single day. It can be tiring on the ears after eight hours but we manage. The office is tucked away in the GIDC part near Brigade Road. It is easy to find if you know where you are going. We do not really do much else besides taking these calls and trying to sort out whatever the person on the other end needs. It is just regular work for regular people. Sometimes the air conditioning is too cold and we have to wear sweaters even when it is hot outside. That is just life here at the bank’s call centre. We just keep our heads down and listen.
