Hamantha Hardwara

Hamantha Hardwara is our shop on Madura Main Road in Bangalore 560089. We are located in a building also called Hamantha, which makes it easy to remember. We are right near the bus stop, so there are always people standing around outside. The shop has been here for years. It is a typical hardware store with shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling. We have tools, nails, paint, and all sorts of things for home repairs. It is a bit cramped inside because we try to keep a lot of stock. We do not have a computer system for everything; we usually just know where things are from memory. The Madura Main Road is quite busy, so it is never quiet. We open early in the morning when the first buses start running. It is a family-run kind of place. We do not have a corporate office or a "vision" for the future. We just want to make sure the local people can get the hardware they need without having to go too far. If you are on the bus and you look out the window at our stop, you will see the shop right there. We do not have a fancy display in the window, just some of the bigger tools we have for sale. It is a practical shop for the neighborhood and we have been happy to be here.
