Hallmark Events

You can find Hallmark Events over at 54, Bhimanna Layout in Bangalore. It’s been our home base for quite some time now. The office is basically a hub where we scramble to get things ready for whatever event is coming up next. Being in India, and specifically Bangalore, things can get pretty chaotic with the logistics, but we’ve gotten pretty good at navigating that. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby full of trophies. It’s more about stacks of invoices, samples of fabrics, and a lot of lists pinned to the walls. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to dress it up with fancy words. If someone needs a space decorated or a gathering managed, we just figure out the steps and get to it. Some mornings we are here early to meet vendors, and other nights we stay late to finish up the planning for a weekend wedding. It’s a lot of physical work too, not just sitting around. We have a small crew that knows where everything is kept. The neighborhood is okay, and we’ve made some good friends with the other shop owners nearby. We don't have some grand vision, we just want to make sure the lights turn on and the guests have a place to sit. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here in the layout. We usually keep some spare umbrellas near the door for the sudden rain.
