H. S. S. Industries

H. S. S. Industries is over at No.5-6 in Udupa Garden, right on S.M. Road in Jalahalli West. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main road, but quiet enough that we can hear ourselves think. We have two units side by side, which gives us some room to breathe. One side is mostly for storage and the other is where all the actual work happens. It’s a bit cluttered, to be honest. We have boxes stacked up and tools that don't always find their way back to the shadow board. We’re a small crew and we’ve been working together for years, so we have our own ways of doing things. No one wears a tie here. We’re usually in old clothes that we don't mind getting dirty. The shop floor is where we spend 90% of our time. Sometimes the neighbors come by to borrow a tool or just to chat for a bit. It’s a friendly enough area. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the number on the gate. It's a simple life at H. S. S. Industries. We don't have meetings about strategy or anything fancy. We just look at what needs to be finished by Friday and we do it. It’s a practical way to live. Some days are long, but we get through them one step at a time without much fuss.
