H S Raju

H S Raju is the name on the door and the person who runs the show here at No.176 in Nandhini Layout. We are located on the 5th Cross, 6th Main, in the 3rd Block. It’s a residential neighborhood, so we try to keep things respectful and quiet where we can, although a kitchen is never truly silent. Raju started this small catering business because he had a knack for organizing meals for neighbors and friends. It grew from there into a full-time job. We don’t have a big marketing department or glossy brochures. Our office is usually a small desk near the door where we take down orders in a ledger. The 3rd Block area is where we’ve built our reputation, mostly through people just talking to each other. When someone has a function in Nandhini Layout, they often just walk over to the 5th Cross to talk to us. We handle the cooking for all sorts of occasions, and it’s usually just a few of us working hard to get everything ready on time. We use simple ingredients and focus on the kind of food we’d eat at home ourselves. It’s a humble operation, but we take it seriously. We aren't trying to be the biggest in the city, just a reliable choice for the people around here who need good food for their guests and families.
