We are located on the first floor of building 157, right there on 3rd D Cross in Kasturi Nagar. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get around here, so most of us try to get in early before the roads turn into a parking lot. The office itself is pretty basic. We have rows of desks and some old whiteboards that don't really erase properly anymore. It’s a busy place with people always talking or running to get another cup of coffee from the machine in the corner. Kasturi Nagar is a decent area, and there are a few good places nearby to grab a quick lunch when we don’t bring our own boxes from home. The windows look out onto the street, so we see the daily hustle of the neighborhood while we’re sitting at our computers. It isn't a silent library by any means. There’s always someone discussing a project or a phone buzzing on a desk. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the walls are covered with notes and old calendars. It’s just a regular workspace where we spend our eight or nine hours a day. Nothing fancy, just a lot of people working on their laptops and trying to stay on top of things. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the printer jams, and we all have a laugh about it while someone tries to fix it with a screwdriver. It’s just how things are at Groupm-Mindshare.
