Being located right at the turning point in Peenya Industrial Area means we see a lot of trucks and workers every single day. Gowrishankar Engineering Industries has been part of this landscape for a good long time now. Our workshop at number 269 is usually a hive of activity from early in the morning. There is always the sound of metal being cut or someone welding something in the background. It is a gritty, hardworking environment, but that is exactly how we like it here. We deal with engineering parts and fabrication work that most people never really think about, but it keeps things running. The floor is usually covered in dust, and there is always a layer of grease on the tools, which is just the reality of engineering work. We do not have a big marketing team or a polished website. Most of our work comes from other businesses in Peenya who know what we can do. We talk shop over a quick tea at the nearby stall and then get right back to the machines. It is physical work and it can be quite tiring when the weather gets hot, but there is a satisfaction in seeing a finished piece of steel ready for delivery. We are not a giant corporation, just a local industry doing our part in the estate. People know us for being straightforward. If a job is possible, we do it. If not, we just say so.
