We are located at No 1 on the 2nd floor along 7th Cross in Abhay Reddy Layout. That’s in the Kaggadasapura area of C V Raman Nagar. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up and down the stairs, which keeps us in shape, I guess. The space is mostly filled with our cooking gear and sacks of rice and flour. It’s a humble spot, but it’s where we do all our work. We don’t have a team of designers or marketing people; it’s just us. We focus on preparing food for people who need it in the neighborhood. The area is mostly residential, so it’s relatively quiet compared to the main city center. We’ve been here long enough that we know which floorboards creak. We don’t put out big ads or try to sound like a big company. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way. Sometimes we’re still scrubbing pots late at night, and other times we’re up before the sun to start the first batch of the day. It’s a lot of physical labor, but there’s a certain satisfaction in finishing a big order. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. If things are a little messy during a big prep, that’s just how a real kitchen looks. We just keep cooking.
