Gongura Multicuisine Restaurant

We set up our restaurant in the ATR Complex, which is near the old Kemp Fort on Airport Road. This part of Bangalore, Murgesh Palya, is always moving. We have a lot of office workers and people living nearby who come in for lunch or dinner. It is a multicuisine place, so we have a bit of everything on the menu. We don't try to be too fancy with the decor. It is just a comfortable place to eat your meal and relax for a bit. The kitchen can get quite hectic during the peak hours, but our cooks are used to it by now. We’ve been at this location for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. Traffic on Airport Road is always a struggle, but we are glad people still make the effort to come in. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it should and that you don't have to wait too long for your order. Some days are better than others, but that is just the way the restaurant business goes. We are just a local team trying to run a good kitchen and keep the tables clean for the next person who walks in. It’s hard work, but we are happy to be here doing it every day.
