You can find us over at No.1650 on the 1st floor along 4th Cross in Indiranagar. We’re tucked away on the 10th Main, which is a pretty well-known part of the neighborhood. Being on the first floor means you have to walk up a bit, but it’s a decent spot once you get there. The kitchen is where most of the action happens. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been working together for a while now. It’s not a corporate setup by any means. We just have our routines and we stick to them. Indiranagar is always moving, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We try to keep things organized, but on busy nights, it can get a little crowded in the back. We don’t put much stock in flashy signs or decorations. We just want the food to be right. Sometimes we run out of certain things if the market was short that morning, but we always find a way to make it work. It’s just how a local place runs. We open up, get the prep done, and wait for the regulars to show up. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way. We don't talk about goals or strategies; we just cook what people like to eat and keep the place clean. It is what it is.
