You’ll find Gendin Pharma over in Sahakara Nagar. We are situated right opposite the HDFC building, which makes us pretty easy to locate if you are in the area. Sahakara Nagar is a busy neighborhood, and being across from a bank means there is always a lot of activity on our street. Our shop is a modest one. We don’t have a big corporate budget for fancy interiors. It’s mostly just rows of medicines and a sturdy counter where we help our customers. We’ve been here for quite some time and have gotten to know many of the residents who live in the nearby blocks. Our daily routine is pretty basic. We open up the shop, check what needs to be restocked, and wait for people to come in. It’s a lot of standing and talking, which can be tiring, but it’s what we know. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty because of the road traffic, but we try to keep it as clean as possible. We don’t use any marketing jargon or talk about being the best. We are just a local pharmacy doing our daily work. Most of our business comes from word of mouth and people seeing us while they are at the bank. It’s a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We just take it day by day and try to be helpful to the people who walk in Sahakara Nagar.
