Gear Innovative Foundation

We are located at No.175, just off the Outer Ring Road. If you know the Carmelram area, you’ve probably seen the sign for Gear Innovative Foundation. It’s on Gear Road, right in Doddakannelli near Sarjapur Road. Traffic around here can be a real headache sometimes. We see it every day from our windows. The school building is tucked away a bit from the main noise. It’s a busy part of town but we managed to find a spot that works. We have been here for a good amount of time. People know us by the name of the road now. It’s funny how that happens. Inside, it is usually a mix of kids running to class and teachers carrying stacks of papers. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. The walls have some scuffs and the desks are well-used. We think that shows the place is actually being lived in. The staff room is always full of tea cups and half-finished lesson plans. We spend our days trying to keep things organized, which isn't always easy. It’s a practical place for learning. Nothing too fancy or over the top. We just focus on the daily routine. If you are driving down Sarjapur Road, you just take the turn towards Carmelram. We are right there. It’s just us doing our thing every day.
