G M Precision Technologies

Being over at Gopinath Estate in Basaveshwara Nagar means dealing with a lot of noise. There’s always someone hammering something or a truck idling nearby. G M Precision Technologies is just a small place at number 12. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. It gets pretty hot during the afternoons, especially when the machines have been running since 8 AM. We have a few benches and a lot of metal scraps everywhere. It isn't the cleanest place, but it’s where the work happens. Usually, the morning starts with checking the machines and making sure everything is oiled right. We don't have a big marketing team or a receptionist. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes we just eat at our stations. The estate is a bit crowded, and finding a spot for a scooter can be a headache. But it’s a good community. Everyone knows everyone else's business. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders that come in. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. Sometimes we stay late when a big job needs to go out, but we don't mind much. It’s just the way it goes here.
