G K Transformers

We have been running G K Transformers for a good while now from our spot at number 42 on the 5th Main off Tumkur Road. Working with transformers is a bit of a messy job sometimes but it is what we know how to do. The shop is not fancy or anything like that. We mostly have our workbenches, some testing equipment, and a lot of wires and metal parts laying around. Yeshwantpur is a busy area and the noise from the main road never really stops during the day. We spend most of our mornings opening up units and seeing what went wrong with the coils or the cooling. It is often hot work, especially when the sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. People from around the neighborhood know we are here if they need a repair or some maintenance done on their equipment. We try to be honest about how long a fix will take because we know people need their power back. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive which can be a bit of a headache. We like being part of the local business community here. There is always someone dropping by for a chat or a cup of tea. It is a simple life and we just keep at it every day.
