Down here at 57 Muneshwara Block, things move at their own pace. Being near Global Technology Village means there is always something happening around the Nagdevi area. G D R Mektek Pvt Ltd isn't some big glass building you see in movies. It’s a workplace where we handle the technical bits day in and day out. Most of us have been here long enough to know where every single wrench and file is kept. The space gets a bit crowded sometimes when deliveries arrive, but we manage to find a way through. It is not always pretty or organized like a showroom, but the work gets finished. We talk about the local news or the weather while we are working on whatever project came in that morning. Sometimes the coffee machine acts up, or the rain makes the road outside a mess, but we just deal with it. It’s a local operation, really. People know us in this part of Nagdevi. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a solid job on the parts and pieces we build. You might hear some banging or the sound of metal if you stop by, but that is just the sound of us staying busy. It feels more like a small family than a big corporation most days.
