Flextronics

At No. 13 on the 2nd Cross, you will find Flextronics. We are on the 1st Main in a part of Bangalore that is 560 011. This is a very established area of Karnataka. The streets have lots of trees, which is nice when it gets a bit hot in the afternoon. We aren't in a modern office park. Our building is right in the middle of a regular neighborhood where people live their lives. You see folks going to the market and children walking home from school. It makes the whole place feel more real. Inside the building, we just have our usual routine. The 2nd Cross can be a little tight for parking, so things can get a bit messy on the street sometimes. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a security desk. We just have our rooms where we sit and work. Most of the people around here are used to seeing us. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s easy to get to and it doesn't feel like a cold, empty corporate office. It’s just a normal Bangalore street and we are just some people working at No. 13. We don't use any big marketing words. We just come in and do the work that is expected of us each day. It’s a very honest way to run things, and the location makes it feel more like a home than a cold business building.
