Flavours Of India

Flavours Of India is located in Shanthinagar at Archana Apartments. We are at No.3, specifically F-1 on the first floor. You have to come down 2nd Cross on Basappa Road to find us. Being on the first floor means people don't always see us from the street right away. We have to rely on people knowing the address. It’s an apartment setup, so it feels very much like a home kitchen. We make all kinds of Indian dishes. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have all the burners going. The smell of spices is everywhere, which I like, but it can be a lot for some people. We spend our days grinding masalas and prepping the meat and vegetables. There's no big team here, just a couple of us who have been doing this for years. We aren't fancy and we don't have those glossy menus you see in malls. It’s just honest cooking. Sometimes the delivery guys have a bit of trouble finding the right door in the apartment block, but they usually figure it out. We get a lot of orders from the offices nearby in Shanthinagar. It keeps us busy from noon until late at night. The work is steady, and we just focus on making sure the food is cooked properly every single time.
