We operate Fixotech Engineering Pvt Ltd out of the Gurunanjundaiah Industrial Area in Abbigere, specifically at units 4 and 5. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. We mostly deal with mechanical parts and industrial repairs. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s got everything we need to get the job done. We have a small crew of guys who have a lot of experience. We don't really go for all that corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If something can be fixed, we fix it. If it needs to be made from scratch, we do that too. The floor is concrete and usually pretty messy with shavings and oil, but that's just how it goes in a machine shop. We’ve been in Abbigere for a few years now and it’s a good spot for us. There’s a lot of other small factories nearby. We spend our days mostly bent over machines or looking at parts under a light. It’s a lot of physical work and you have to be careful with your hands. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this a long time and know our way around a workshop. We show up, work our shift, and head home. That is about all there is to it for us.
