Fitkids

We have been over here at The Fitkids House on Hayes Road for quite a while now. It’s a bit tucked away on 3rd Cross, just off the main stretch of Richmond Road, which makes it a nice little spot for the kids to get some space. People usually find us by looking for the 2A sign on the gate. It is an old house, honestly, but it works well for what we do every day. Each morning is a bit of a scramble getting things ready before the first bunch of kids shows up. We mostly spend our time keeping them active and making sure nobody trips over their own feet. It isn't always quiet around here, especially in the late afternoons when everyone is full of energy. Sometimes the traffic on Richmond Road gets backed up, so parents end up staying a bit longer for a chat while the kids finish their activities. We do not have any fancy lobby furniture or anything like that. Just some mats, equipment, and plenty of room for children to move around. Most of us here have lived in this part of town for years, so we know all the shortcuts and the local shops around the corner. It is just a regular place where children can burn off some of that extra energy. Some days are definitely more organized than others, but that is just how it goes when you have a house full of kids.
