You can find us at Plot No.97 in Chalukya Nagar, right on Gadag Road in Hubli. This part of the Dharwad district in Karnataka is quite busy, and we are right in the middle of it. Firstsource Solutions Ltd is a big name, but our office here in Hubli feels like its own little world. We handle various solutions for different clients, which mostly means a lot of phone calls, data entry, and computer work. The office on Gadag Road is a functional space. We have plenty of people coming in for their shifts at all hours. Hubli is a growing place, and you can see the changes happening right outside our windows. We don't spend much time on fancy talk about what we do. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s a lot of repetition sometimes, but it’s important work. The team here is mostly local people who know the area well. We deal with the usual office stuff like slow internet or air conditioning that’s too cold. It’s a very grounded environment. We show up, we do the work that needs doing, and we go home to our families. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in a busy part of Karnataka. We’ve been at this plot for a while now and we are used to the rhythm of Gadag Road.
