First Source Solutions Ltd

We are based in the Ecospace Park over at the Pritech SEZ in Sarjapura. Our office takes up the 4th floor in Towers 5A and 5B. It’s a pretty large setup because First Source Solutions Ltd has a lot of people working here. Even though it’s a big building, we try to keep our individual areas feeling manageable. The SEZ is a massive place with lots of other companies around us. There are cafeterias and long hallways everywhere. Most of us spend our time at our workstations with headsets on or looking at data on our screens. Varthur Hobli is a bit of a commute for some of us, but we’re used to it by now. The elevators can be slow in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their floor at once. It’s a typical office environment with gray carpets and fluorescent lights. We don't have a lot of fancy perks, just the usual break rooms and meeting spaces. Dealing with the Outer Ring Road traffic is just part of our daily routine. We are just a big group of employees getting through the tasks assigned to us. It can be a bit anonymous in such a large park, but we know the people sitting at the desks next to us. It’s a very busy place, always humming with the sound of computers. We just come in and do our thing every day to keep things moving forward.
