Excel Spreadsheets

Excel Spreadsheets is based over in Krishnarajapuram. We are up on the 5th floor of the Team Residency building on Juhu Lane. It’s a bit of a trek up if the lift is acting slow, which happens sometimes. From the windows, you can see quite a bit of the neighborhood. It’s mostly just us working on computers all day. The office is usually quiet because everyone is focused on their screens. We deal with a lot of data and organized lists, hence the name. It isn’t a flashy place. We have some old plants by the window that someone forgets to water occasionally. Most of our day is spent typing and checking rows of information. We have a small break area where we keep the kettle. Juhu Lane can get quite packed with vehicles during the morning rush. We've learned the best shortcuts to get here by now. The building itself is okay, nothing special but it keeps the rain out. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. You just walk in and someone will look up from their desk. It feels like a normal workplace where people actually know each other. We’ve been in this residency for a while. It’s a good spot for us because it’s central enough for everyone to reach. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish. It’s just regular work by regular people. We usually end up talking about the traffic when the day is done and it is time to go.
