Events 9

Events 9 is tucked away at No 15 on 7th Cross in Basavanagar. It's a quiet street for the most part, which is nice when we're trying to concentrate. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. The office is small, just a couple of desks and a printer that jams too often. We do a lot of coordination from here. Being on the 7th Cross means we are close to the main road but far enough away that the traffic noise isn't too bad. We have a lot of lists and notebooks scattered around because that's how we keep track of things. The name Events 9 was just a quick choice. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. Most of the time, we are out meeting people or checking on venues. When we are in the office, we're usually just drinking coffee and making calls. The building is an older one, so it has some character. We’ve got a small window that looks out onto the street. Sometimes we see the same people walking their dogs every morning. It’s a very local vibe. We don’t have a sign that lights up at night or anything like that. People usually find us by looking for the number 15 on the gate. It's just a practical place for us to run the business. We keep some extra chairs for when friends drop by.
