Event Xpress

We are based in Bangalore, tucked away in Manjunathnagar on 4th Main. It’s a bit of a climb to get here sometimes with the way the local roads are, but we make it work. Event Xpress has been running out of this spot for a good bit now. If you walked in today, you’d probably see stacks of boxes and old folders sitting everywhere. It’s not exactly the cleanest office you've seen, but that’s because we’re usually busy getting things ready for whatever event is coming up next on the schedule. We handle the logistics and all the planning that goes into making things happen. It gets loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time trying to coordinate stuff. We don’t have a big reception desk or a sign that lights up the street. Most people just know where we are by the 317 house number on the gate. We drink a lot of coffee, mostly because the mornings start early and the nights end pretty late for us. It’s just how the work goes. There’s no secret to it, just staying organized and making sure the trucks show up when they are supposed to. We’ve had our share of rainy days where the roof leaked a little, but we patched it up ourselves. It’s a local business run by people who live nearby. We don’t use big words. We just look at the calendar and get to work.
