Event Linkx is situated in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar, right on Kondhwa Road No.25, over in the Ex-Servicemen Colony on Dinnur Main Road. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but that is where we are. We deal with all the bits and pieces that go into making an event happen. Mostly, we are linking different people together, like getting the tent guys to talk to the lighting guys. We spend a lot of time driving around RT Nagar and the surrounding areas to check on sites. The office is our home base where we keep our files and meet up to plan the week. It’s not a fancy setup with modern furniture. It’s just a practical space with desks and a lot of charging cables. We’ve seen how much this area has changed over the years. Dinnur Main Road has gotten so much busier than it used to be. We just try to keep our heads down and do the work. There is a lot of coordination involved, and things don’t always go according to the plan. You learn to expect a few hiccups along the way. We don't promise anything impossible. We just try to make sure the chairs show up on time and the stage doesn't wobble. It is just a local business trying to do things the right way without a lot of drama or corporate talk. We've been doing this for a while now and we know the locals well.
